We have 12 full time drivers and porters, 3 surveyors and 5 office staff.
No two moves are exactly the same. We are always ready to listen to your requirements and act accordingly……….you may be downsizing after years in the family home, upsizing to make additional space for a new baby or relocating for work. The service was amazing

- One of our surveyors will call and visit you at your home at a time convenient to you. Evenings and weekends are available.
- We can discuss any special requirements you may have. A written quotation is then posted or emailed to you within 3 working days.
Securing a booking

- If the quote is acceptable or you have any points that you wish to discuss, please contact us even if you do not have a removal date.
- We can also provide additional prices; for instance if you decide that you would like dismantling and rebuilding of items, or a temporary storage room.
- Our office team are always happy to check availability in the works diary. We know organising a move can be a long drawn out process, particularly if solicitors are involved.
- When dates are looking more likely, we will pencil you in the diary. But please be aware, we do not take any monies or officially reserve your slot until your date is absolutely confirmed.
Packing service

- Export wrapping for relocations abroad
- Goods packed by the team automatically have limited liability cover which can be upgraded to standard liability.

Self Packing
Order packaging materials
- We sell industry standard packaging materials
- You can order them online or over the phone and come down in person to collect them
- We may be able to deliver them for a charge, enquire well in advance
- It is recommended that you allow at least a week prior to your move to be sure materials are available
- Recycled boxes can be purchased at £1 per box from our depot

On the day itself
General schedule
- Our team arrive with a few boxes for last minute items, and other moving materials and equipment
- They will introduce themselves and do a tour of your property, to get a sense of the job and to hear any special instructions – remember to tell them what not to touch!
- Mattresses and sofas will be poly-bagged
- Chest of drawers can be carried as they are and re-assembled on the vehicle
- The men will work to clear the house fully aiming for the lorry to be fully stacked and loaded for a lunch time deadline
- The driver will do a last minute inspection of the house with you, to check all is cleared
- The lorry goes to your new property to wait up until 5pm for keys, the men know the score and are happy to wait until they arrive, there are no penalties or late charges. Once keys arrive the team work, quite simply, until the job is done.
- Your goods are unloaded and repositioned in your new home.
Dismantling Rebuilding
Just ask
- Whilst many goods can be transported as they are, access or size, can mean that certain items require taking apart.
- We can quote for dismantling your possessions.
- Anything we take apart we will re-build.
- Common items include; playhouses, trampolines, wardrobes, beds, desks and dressers.
Art & Antiques
Professionally moved
- We recognise that items in the home are both sentimental and investments.
- Staff are trained in the handling of fragile goods susceptible to damages in transit.
- We can make purpose built crates for fine art paintings, ask for a special quote.
- Bronze, Silver and Gold indemnity cover gives additional peace of mind with specialist items.
